Pennsylvania music makers, Lisa Bodnar and Whistlegrass have one mission: to provide concert events in all 67 PA counties to unite communities and help raise funds for those in need. These events are fundraisers for non-profit organizations whose work helps with one of the following community needs: Food Insecurity/Homelessness, The Environment, Arts/Education, Emergency First Responders.
Lisa Bodnar and Whistlegrass will kick off this PA67 tour with their first ever Valentine’s Date Night Fundraising Concert Event at the Icehouse in Bethlehem on Saturday, February 11, 2023. Tickets for the event are $10.00 and are available at the bands website and will also be available at the door.
This all-ages event starts at 6:00 PM. Live music performances by Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania recording artists start at 6:30 PM and include BC Blue (Trio), Steve Brosky, and Lisa Bodnar and Whistlegrass. There will be food vendors including Big Papas Restaurant & Catering, Quadrant Coffee House, and Southside Sweets Baking Company providing savory food, sweet treats, and a coffee bar. The food vendors are also donating a portion of their proceeds to Safe Harbor Easton. There will also be raffles and great prizes.

Valentine’s Date Night sponsored by First Commonwealth Federal Credit Union will benefit Safe Harbor Easton. Safe Harbor Easton’s mission is to foster lifelong success and stability in homeless individuals by addressing the root causes of their homelessness. Their unique program and services help to ensure that their graduates never need to access shelter again. All ticket proceeds will be donated to Safe Harbor Easton to help with their Campus Continuum Expansion Project.

Lisa Bodnar and Whistlegrass have recently released 40 Years in the Desert through Deko Entertainment (ADA/Warner Music Group) and it features eleven brand new songs. The first two singles “Best That I Can” and “She Kneels” have racked up over 80,000 streams on Spotify and show no signs of slowing down. “Best That I Can” also has an accompanying video that was filmed in and around her hometown of Allentown.
